Janko Roettgers, Gigaom:
[Disney Interactive president James Patiro] said that Disney is now the number six mobile games publisher in the world. He added that mobile games are driving a lot of growth for the company, with daily users up 51 percent over October 2013 and time per user spent up 75 percent.
Mobile is eating the world.
Correction: This post originally used Gigaom's headline "Disney saw $26B in revenue from mobile games and apps last year". Gigaom has since updated the headline, and clarified that Patrio stated that the industry has seen $26 billion in revenue from mobile games and apps over the past year. I should have caught that, as $26B is obviously too high :) h/t Todd Dailey
