The Mac’s Second Act: From Obscurity to Ubiquity

If, like me, you do a lot of public speaking, it’s not unusual to look out over an audience and see rows and rows of glowing Apple icons on the upturned lids of laptops, and only a handful of Windows PCs.

It was't that long ago that I would be sitting in an airport, make eye contact with the only other person using a Mac, nod, and exchange that knowing look that said "Yep, everyone else is crazy."
